Well there is no need for "X" Factor of "Britains Got Talent" to worry, I won't be auditioning for a while yet!! Had a fun evening yesterday "singing" but I think will sound even better with a couple of drinks in me!! Will see what this evening brings!!

Gloves

Good morning to everyone. I hope that you are all well and that the weather where you are is being kind to you! Well I am busy knitting a pair of gloves for a friend of mine (well actually she is a resident in the local group dwellings of which I use to be a Warden) and it is a pattern that she has not seen for years so I am doing them for her as a surprise! After I have finished them I am going to knit a scarf for a friends birthday (can't say which friend in case she reads this blog haha) but I will post a picture of it as soon as I have finished it.

Just been and bought a Karaoke machine so what out "X" Factor and "Britains got Talent you never know what will happen!!

Well here goes!! This is the very first blog I have ever done! I live in North Lincolnshire and I have 2 grown up sons, the eldest is 25 and lives in Cornwall and the youngest is 19 and lives at home!!

Keep trying to marry him off with no success haha!! The title of my blog should give you a clue as to what I like to do in my spare time such as it is, I love to knit garments for babies and children. I have been knitting for many years now and I also love to crochet. Well that's enough for now I hope that you have had a nice Christmas and that the coming New Year will be a happy and prosperous one for you.
